About Ike Lacrosse
Ike Lacrosse is the online home of the Eisenhower High School lacrosse program, serving Eisenhower, Malow Jr. High and Shelby Jr. High schools in Shelby Twp., Michigan.
The program began in 1987 and has grown steadily ever since.
Currently the program has a Varsity and two Junior Varsity Teams operating under the rules and regulations of Eisenhower High School, Utica Community Schools and the Michigan High School Athletic Association.
A girls lacrosse program was started in the 2017 season with a crew of enthusiastic girls coached by Desiree Messina. In 2018 they had enough girls to support a JV team as well. At the end of the 2018 season the girls organization decided to split from Ike Lacrosse and manage their teams themselves.
